Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the appliance in its original manufacturer's box with all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our designated distribution center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
